There are two best seasons when you visit Mundum Trek, i.e, Spring (March-May) and Autumn (September-November). There will be different color palettes as the seasons change during this trek. Spring is famous for the beautiful flower-decorated forest and autumn is loved for this fine vies and snowfall in higher altitudes.
Mundum Trek is Spring
The beauty of Mundum in Spring lies in enjoying the blossoming rhododendrons, especially in April. In this season the forest on the way to the Mundum trail comes alive with varied flowers and greenery.
The varieties of rhododendron decorated the forest, which forms the green hills into different colors. The trek adds magical touch as the golden sun touches the glittering mountains and forms magical views.
Mundum Trek in Autumn
Autumn season is best for the greener hills with the dark, mossy forest under the brilliant blue sky. The rain-washed environment with vibrant colors is inching towards deep greens, reds, and browns. The views will be excellent and show the true color of nature and landscape when you step out of the sunshade. During the clear night, you will be able to enjoy the sharp stars shining in the sky.
